OUR ROLE IN YOUR PROJECT
DESIGN
We will produce the design for your project providing ideas and incorporating yours to create the beautiful space that you desire. Reaching the point where the final design is ready to build will involve shaping your initial thoughts and requirements into several concepts. These will then be narrowed down with consideration being given to costs, materials and your requirements.
The budget will often guide final designs and if required we will estimate build costs or work to those that you obtain.
PERMISSIONS
Once the design is finalised, we will obtain planning permission (when required) on your behalf and consent for work that impacts on Listed Buildings.
With permissions granted we will then produce drawings and specifications to enable the gaining of Building Regulation Approval.
BUILD
You may already have contractors ready to price the works but if not, we can put your job out to tender.
With contractors secured our involvement can be extended to include project management with contract administration.
If preferred, we can offer a full design & build option enabling the seamless integration of all the stages of your project.
